Terms for Working With M&S SALES - Tractor & Farm Equipment Dealer

Overview

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to the public website, inventory pages, inquiry forms, purchase request tools, and any related communication that begins through the site.

Inventory Listings and Availability

All inventory is subject to prior sale, withdrawal, price changes, listing updates, or correction of errors without notice. Equipment shown on the website may become unavailable at any time, and listing visibility does not guarantee current availability.

Pricing and Listing Accuracy

M&S SALES - Tractor & Farm Equipment Dealer works to present accurate pricing, usage, specifications, photos, and descriptions. Even so, listing errors may occur. Buyers are responsible for confirming item details, pricing, configuration, condition, and included features before completing a transaction.

Inquiries and Purchase Requests

Submitting an inquiry or purchase request does not reserve an equipment item and does not create a binding contract. A final sale only occurs after internal review, identity verification where needed, agreement on terms, receipt of cleared payment, and written acceptance by M&S SALES - Tractor & Farm Equipment Dealer.

Deposits, Invoices, and Documents

If a transaction moves forward, buyers may receive invoices, payment instructions, and documents to sign. Any invoice, deposit, payment arrangement, or signing workflow is governed by the specific terms provided during that transaction and may include additional purchase conditions.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and delivery pricing may vary based on destination, equipment size and weight, route conditions, transporter availability, and regulatory factors. Estimated delivery timing is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Inspection and Buyer Responsibility

Used inventory may show wear, prior use, repairs, repainting, replacement parts, or condition differences not fully captured in photos. Buyers should request any needed videos, inspection details, serial or VIN verification, or third-party inspection support before purchase.

Permitted Use of the Website

You may use the site to browse equipment, contact our team, and submit legitimate inquiries. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive information through forms.
• Upload harmful files, malicious code, or unauthorized content.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or data of the site or admin tools.
• Copy, scrape, or republish large portions of inventory content in a way that harms the business.

No Guarantee of Financing or Approval

If financing, shipping support, or third-party services are discussed, those services may be subject to separate provider approval, availability, underwriting, pricing, or documentation requirements outside the direct control of M&S SALES - Tractor & Farm Equipment Dealer.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, M&S SALES - Tractor & Farm Equipment Dealer is not liable for losses arising from temporary website downtime, listing errors, third-party delays, missed opportunities, transport issues, financing denial, or reliance on incomplete website information where final verification was not completed before purchase.

Changes to the Website or Terms

We may update, revise, or discontinue parts of the website, site content, or these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
